Our extensive fabrication department can make any size or shape foam part you may need. We can handle small runs as well as very large production runs.
Our foam fabrication departments have some of the best equipment available: CNC contour cutters, hiigh speed automatic die-cutters, high volume carousel slitters, convoluters, vertical saws, roll cutting and laminating equipment, multi-station gluing department, and multi-part assembly lines.
To further enhance our fabrication capabilities we have specialized areas to fabricate intricate and/or multi component parts. These areas include:
Gluing
Heat Welding
Dacron Wrapping
Multiple component parts assembly
It normally takes 7 to 10 days from the time we receive an order until the time it arrives at our customer's door. This isn't too shabby considering every order is custom manufactured. We practice Lean Manufacturing as many of our customers do. This allows us the flexibility to adapt our processes to meet the needs of each order.
Currently, Penn Foam ships out an average of 20 to 30 tractor trailer loads of foam each week. Our foam goes to many different types of industries all over the US and Canada.
We use our own fleet of tractor-trailers and our own professional driving staff. This allows us to continue our quality service all the way to your door. We ship locally, regionally and nationally throughout the US and Canada.
